Shipping and Delivery
Gifts are only delivered to addresses in Australia and the cost of delivery of your purchase is not included in the cost of the gift. The delivery cost is calculated when you go to the checkout.

Orders placed before 10:00am AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched that business day. Orders placed after 10:00am may be dispatched the same day, depending on the courier pickup times, but at the latest it will be dispatched the following business day. Orders placed on the Weekend or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If we are provided with an incorrect delivery address and you request the delivery address to be changed after your gift has been dispatched, we will forward the courier tracking number to you for you to organise directly with the courier, the new delivery address. The couriers will most likely charge you an additional fee for the redelivery of your gift. If we are charged any additional fee relating to your delivery, this fee will be added to the cost of your order. Where a change of delivery address is required, this could mean an additional 48 hours after notification to have your gift redelivered.

Our preferred courier service providers are Couriers Please or Fastway for all interstate, local and shorthaul delivery locations. Our courier service providers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

GiftNess will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Our couriers do their best but delays do occur. Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order or any refund. We attempt to dispatch all our products within the timeframe specified, however, should unforeseen delays occur, we will contact you and advise when your order will be dispatched.

Signature or Authority to Leave
All gifts must be signed for unless an Authority to Leave is provided.

Please provide a delivery address where your recipient is likely to be during business hours to facilitate the delivery of your gift. During the checkout process, if you decide you are happy for your gift to left in a safe location if no one is likely to be available to sign for your gift, could you please provide us with instructions as to where you would like your gift to be left. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for theft or damage of your gift whilst it is unattended, pursuant to your instructions.

Deliveries to Hospitals & Businesses
Deliveries to non-residential addresses such as hospitals and businesses will more than likely be made to a centralised delivery point such as reception, mail room or delivery dock. As part of our Terms and Conditions we consider that our delivery process has been completed once your gift has been delivered to and signed for by a member of staff at the central delivery point.

Prior to dispatch to a hospital, we will not contact the hospital to confirm the recipient is registered under the correct name and is still expected to be there to accept delivery of your gift. We do not accept responsibility if your recipient has left hospital and you will be responsible for the redirection procedure and any costs that may apply.

Redirection of Gifts
Once a gift has been dispatched and has been delivered as per your delivery instructions, we will not accept responsibility for recollection and redirection of your gift to an alternate address. Prior to the delivery, we will try to assist you with having your parcel redirected. Redirections can take up to 3 working days and may incur an additional delivery fee which will be passed onto you.

Returns and credits
If your gift is found to be damaged on receipt please inform the courier delivery person immediately and email us within 24 hours of receiving your gift. We will ask for damaged items to be returned to us and replace them accordingly.

Payment Options
For your shopping convenience and security, we only accept PAYPAL payments. This is the most secure payment method and you do not need to have a PAYPAL account to use this method. Payments can be made directly using a number of credit or debit cards.

Currency: Prices are all quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Dispatch: Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received in full.

Availability and Design
All images shown on our GiftNess site are for illustrative purposes only. We will endeavour to provide each product as described however as the products we use may be changed or discontinued by the manufacturer we cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from slight changes due to this. Where any items are changed they will be replaced with an item of equal or better quality.

Gift Wrapping
All our gifts are wrapped in clear cellophane and decorated with ribbon and a tag for that special finishing touch.
